TAGA is committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your data. Personal information

Personal information held by TAGA may include your name, work telephone number, mobile phone number, email address, work position, bank account or credit card details.
If you choose not to provide certain personal information (e.g. your email address), TAGA may not be able to provide you with the services you require.

Occasionally, you may need to provide personal information about other individuals to TAGA (e.g. about your authorised representatives). If so, TAGA relies on you to inform those individuals that you are providing their personal information to TAGA and to advise them that TAGA can be contacted for further information (see 'How to contact us' below).

Your personal information may be used to:

§ assist you to subscribe to TAGA's services;

§ provide the services you require;

§ administer and manage those services, including charging, billing and collecting debts;

§ inform you of ways the services provided to you could be improved;

§ verify your identity;

§ conduct appropriate checks for credit-worthiness and for fraud;

§ research and develop TAGA's services;

§ gain an understanding of your software needs in order for TAGA to provide you with a better service; and

§ maintain and develop TAGA's business systems and infrastructure, including testing and upgrading of these systems.

Also, your personal information is collected so that TAGA can promote and market its services to you (including by way of email, direct mail, telemarketing, SMS and MMS messages). TAGA does this to keep you informed of its products, services and special offers. Security of information

TAGA takes reasonable steps to preserve the security of system data and your personal information. TAGA regularly reviews developments in security and encryption technologies. The TAGA website uses a Secure Server Layer (SSL) that encrypts the information you send through this web site for those services that contain confidential information. This information is encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL) that was developed so that only the intended recipient should be able to decipher messages addressed to them. This will significantly improve security of data provided by or for you. TAGA makes no warranty in respect of the strength or effectiveness of that encryption or any information you transmit over our website and you do so at your own risk. TAGA is not responsible for events arising from unauthorised access of the information you provide

Access to our software download from the TAGA website is obtained through username and password. Users are locked out after three contiguous unsuccessful attempts to log in. A key element of security is your own control of users and passwords.

Keeping your personal information up to date

TAGA takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that the personal information it collects, uses and discloses is accurate, complete and up-to-date. However, the accuracy of that information depends to a large extent on the information you provide. That's why TAGA recommends that you:

§ let TAGA know if there are any errors in your personal information; and

§ keep TAGA up-to-date with changes to your personal information such as your name or email address.

Accessing your personal information


You have a right to access your personal information, subject to some exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, you will need to put your request in writing for, security reasons, and either send it by mail or email to us at the TAGA contact details listed on the TAGA websites.

TAGA reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for and providing access to your information.
